Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: £200 is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation.
- Full Payment: due 8 weeks (56 days) before departure together with the refundable security deposit.
- Refundable Security Deposit: £200 (refunded on return of keys).
- Cancellation: The deposit is non refundable, in case of cancellation and if less than 6 weeks to departure the full amount is payable.
- Discounts: May be available for stays longer than 14 nights.
- Changeover Day: Changeover day is a Saturday, however depending on availability we may be able to be flexible.
- Check out: The chalet must be vacated before 11am.
- Check in: The chalet is accessible from 3pm.
- Please let us know if you intend to arrive later than agreed.
- Provisional bookings: we hold bookings for a maximum of 48 hours
Please note that there is no smoking inside Chalet Hay and there are no pets allowed without the express written agreement at time of booking.
