Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: £200 is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking together with a completed booking form. Failure to make this payment or return the booking form subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation.
- Full Payment: due 2 months before departure together with a refundable security deposit.
- Refundable Security Deposit: £200 (refunded on return of keys and confirmation Chalet is left in condition as on arrival).
- Cancellation: The £200 deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation and if between 4 and 8 weeks before departure 50% of the total rental is payable. If less than 4 weeks to departure, the full amount is payable.
- Discounts: May be available for stays longer than 14 nights.
- Changeover Day: Changeover day is a Saturday, however depending on availability we may be able to be flexible.
- Check out: The chalet must be vacated before 11am.
- Check in: The chalet is accessible from 3pm.
- Please let us know if you intend to arrive later than agreed.
- Provisional bookings: we are happy to hold provisional bookings for up to 48 hours.
Please note that there is no smoking inside Chalet Hay and there are no pets allowed at any time.
